It's definitely technically possible to make realistic masks to convince most people, I've seen examples in various videos from the Hollywood side to the intel agency side.

But if there is a fake Biden controlled by white hats, then I would assume all Biden family members are in on it too. I can't imagine family members being duped by an actor.
