Not sure I have seen any footage of #2 that conclusively show it, but I remember that some news articles were printed stating "insurrection" BEFORE the speech.

However this behind the scenes video of JR is super telling imo and almost like a cue with the background song "Gloria". Anyone there will tell ya thay fn song played like 3 or 4 times before DJT started his speech over an hour late.
