Almost half of Buick dealers have opted to take buyouts from General Motors (GM) to avoid having to sell Electric Vehicles.

GM is envious of Tesla’s direct sale model. But the dealers stand in their way. I imagine they are going to monkey with incentives to make those buyouts really enticing.
