JUST IN: Federal Judge Blocks California Law That Bans Carrying Firearms in Nearly All Public Places - Issues Scathing Rebuke | ...
A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked a newly signed California law that banned people from carrying firearms in virtually all public places.
Judge Carney called the law, which was signed by California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom, a “sweeping, repugnant to the Second Amendment, and openly defiant of the Supreme Court.”
The libs are gonna need a larger set of crayons as they attempt to remove rights under color of law. 😜
The box they are using now is melting away.
Exactly. Hopefully people are understanding what Depravation of rights under color truly means. We will keep praying.
When, oh when are Americans finally going to figure out that the Constitution is the supreme law of our land and any "law" created repugnant to the constitution can not and will not stand. Any law repugnant to the constitution is by definition, an illegal 'law.' Please encourage people to become informed about the constitution because that's what it all comes back to.
We will keep praying that they will finally listen now.
Most people wrongly think the Constitution is a list of rights the government gives to the citizens. When in fact it is a list of rights the government is prohibited from infringing upon.
It affirms and guarantees our God-given inalienable rights.

About time the corruption of so many courts are being exposed.
When this law was passed, what should have happened was state wide pulling over known gang members. There would be a bunch of guns and low lives taken off the street. But, we all know this was aimed at law abiding citizens.
Amen. Look at all the criminals they release with no bond.

I'm not sure but that may be a nation wide deal.
That will keep the robbers from entering....kek
Amazing how they ignored the Walmart shooters message. He chose a gun free zone for obvious reasons. His own words not mine.
Banks aren't public, they're private
