Edmonton, Alberta, Canada has trouble with their electric buses too.

At least the electric busses keep the passengers warm when they halt and catch fire.
We have the same problem with members of Congress at normal room temperatures.
Yeah they bought those for the new school busses. but they normally use 2/6 old fashion busses because those things don't work well.
