Smith is a sicario for the Dems. He has attacked everyone they wanted to take down - and has lost far more than he has won. He is not part of constitutional justice, he is part of lawfare.
His past is exposing his present.
Is Jack Smith that guys real name? Is he even a citizen of our country?
Jack Smiths history is coming back to expose him.
Yep like the rest of those evil criminals we have had in this country, all of them have been exposed, thanks to God. They were doing really bad things in secret starting from the top to the bottom. All are pedophiles nasty demons that’s the way I call them because a real human being will not hurt a fly. We love each other.
Amen and prayer has power and we will keep praying. They will all be exposed.
I have it on good authority that his real name is John Doe. I'll tell you how I know this in two weeks.
Sorry, I've been on my feet cooking all day, and I'm delirious.
No it’s not his real name , forget the demons real name though !
John Ratcliffe: Stating the obvious, this was a big legal victory for President Trump and a big legal setback for Jack Smith. But I would argue that Jack Smith lost more than just a legal issue at the Supreme Court. He lost credibility. This may be his Mueller moment.
This guy has been a fraud from the start. My first issue is he isn't even a real special counsel. He wasn't appointed by congress, he was appointed my Garland. How that was allowed to slide is beyond me. Second, he's been caught several times by the Florida judge going out of jurisdiction in trying to add evidence to the case, among a slew of other things. I don't understand how this guy has been able to operate this entire time.
This is a example of introducing evidence legally to the public.
Special counsels are never appointed by Congress though? If Smith isn't real then neither were Mueller, Durham, Hur, Weiss, etc.
Garland purported to appoint private citizen Jack L. Smith to be a Special Counsel with the power of one of the 93 U.S. Attorneys but with nationwide jurisdiction. This makes Jack Smith more powerful than any of the 93 U.S. Attorneys even though they have been Senate-confirmed to their particular offices, and Jack Smith has not been Senate confirmed for the particular office, which he now claims to hold.
