I say they need to be neutered just like our pets.
Castration won’t stop them though , they will enable others to abuse as they watch etc etc , or they will do other dick stuff , they need to be given the chance to be saved and then off you go !

I used to say castrate, but now understanding how sick they truly are and the extent of their possession ,, they need to be eliminated .
