14 Graham cracker squares. 1 stick unsalted butter 1 tsp salt 1 cup pecan halves 3 tbs sugar This is for the crust
For the filling all at room temp 4 8oz cream cheese 4 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup light Brown sugar 1tsp vinillia extract 15 oz can pumpkin purée not pie filling 1/3 cup sour cream 1 1/2 tbs corn starch 2tsp pumpkin spice 1/4 tsp salt
Oh and I made homeade caramel to coat the top once it cooled. Total time to make this was 20 hrs.
