we dont need to consider C02, at all. just by reducing pollution of chemicals and horomones we will improve the environments 100 fold more than giving a single flying fuck about C02

I disagree. We should increase CO2 levels to promote plant growth and species diversity (that's a good kind of diversity). 1000ppm would be ideal.
