US to Gain Access to 15 Military Bases in Finland

Finland will sign a defense agreement giving the United States access to 15 military bases in NATO's newest member, the Finnish defense ministry said.

Gee, I can't figure out why Russia is irritated just because we continue to violate agreements they made with NATO....
