You said two words, one space, six letters total, so that's Q drops 2, 1, and 6, plus the total which is nine. Then, if we convert it to military time we have 21:60 (you have to add the zero somewhere, trust me I've seen it done) which is 22:00 hours, or 10 o'clock which brings us to the watch, so obviously this has something to do with water.
