I couldn't find anything about the 2016 Anonymous video.

Here is a podcast which refers to the 'Clothes Shop Network' and the 'Clothing Shop Network' in which the host is reading chapter 14 of a book by Joachim Hagopian, titled Pedophila & Empire; Satan, Sodomy, & The Deep State. (Internet Archive link).

Warning the host is a bit of a never Trumper.
