Who is actually doing this swatting? Is it the FBI? If so, I keep hearing that there are 'good agents' and orders come from above but where are these 'good agents'? I've only heard of 3 whistle blowers.

The more swatting, the more people will demand FBI dissolved because of illegal acts.

Just like the Nazi's would storm into a peasants house because 'somebody said to'.
