I can relate brother. I feel for everyone as well. 2 of the hardest things to learn are...how to communicate with people and how to not let there negative communicate effect us when it comes our way. Being in constant prayer helps greatly. Jesus is always with you fren. We lean on him through it all. Feel free to reach out if u ever need a fren to vent to. Will keep you in my prayers
