Ok, I might have missed something here. I thought that we just got the names on the list. What else happened?

What happened to make everyone start posting about it like this? It has to be more than just the names being revealed.

Because everyone knew the lists already existed. No one was denying that. What did learning the names change, or what else happened that I'm missing?
