Seems like we could get Biden off for Treason. His job as CIC is to protect our borders.

Is he really the CiC though? People keep saying Trump is the CiC, then question becomes why is he allowing the invasion. I am not buying the whole "it is to show the people weakness of Biden admin" pantomime. Wouldn't Trump be charged with treason?
