not if it was an unarmed girl half my size...and it wasnt his house...he was a cop ...not a clean shoot....his life was not in danger and wasnt being fired at

unless she went for the back pack....but there are many ways to defend yourself and family without shooting an un armed person....i was a cop for 26 years and you need to be very careful if you plan to use a gun on anyone
