She's an idiot. Honestly, he should have told her to shut up and listen. If I were in that situation, I would have no problem reminding the interviewer that they had invited ME and if they weren't going to let me speak, I'd get up and walk. And I would do just that if she continue on with her nonsense. Hold the idiots accountable.
The problem with that is it's hard to hear and understand what the person is saying. He did do that here, to an extent, but his words were lost amongst hers. To me, an even bigger, better boss move is to simply lay it on the line and put the so called journalist in their place.
