Democrats set a rule for themselves that if the DNC 'winner' elects not to run, or is physically incapable of running, after the nominee is confirmed to be the winner of the primaries, they can insert anyone of their choosing to be the General Election candidate.

So - WHO will the Democrats choose to run against Trump?
