I don't think even a President has immunity from sex trafficking, child trafficking, child sacrifice, crimes against humanity, organ harvesting, the drug trafficking etc. etc. etc. These are not policy decisions, military decisions and so on. Moral sin and crimes are a human condition - not just being a terrible leader.
