You have to select English at the top right of the webpage to be able to read it in English. This is an outstanding article and is well constructed to make perfect sense when you see what is going on in the world.

Err, the Romanian flag is there. On other pages it acts as a drop down for other languages, but on this one page that functionality fails. When I do get to an English page, I can't find the article, because all the listings change for some reason...
