Surprising in a low security Fed prison. Those are usually full of white collar crime types of folks. Fun fact - my friend did 9 mo in a Fed prison and his roommate was Webb Hubbell. He confirmed to my friend that he was indeed Chelsea Clinton's father.
If true, I hope it was in-vitro, Viagra, or drugs/alcohol. I get the heebie-jeebies thinking about "relations" with that beast.

I dunno. Word gets out of that newbie is a chimo that's into infants and people will do things. They generally don't last long in max security gen pop. Just unusual for the population of a low security fed prison. If you wanted him dead you'd send him to max. Doesn't matter. Not all heroes wear capes.
