And legal immigrants are still being mandated to get the jab: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/panel-physicians/vaccinations.html#covid-19-vaccination. DHS has no interest in processing the backlog of legal applicants, and is prioritizing working to facilitate illegal immigration.
