Thank you for sharing. In my town we have a freemason building, old and dilapidated, and used as a party hall now. But there's also another building, a modern one, that's still very much active. I think it's mostly the mayor and policemen and judges who go there, their boys' club. I always wonder about that because I hear they go there to play poker and drink.
You think it's the lawmaker, the interpreter of the law, and the law enforcer all in the same club?
If I was asleep I'd have no problem with it.
However, I'm awake enough to realize we ain't in that club with them.
And If separation of power is such a good idea at the Federal level, then why is this freaky collection of power able to be so close to one another on the local level?

I was just sharing what goes on in my town.. they hang out and all childhood friends or somehow related, mostly.
