This is where the rubber meets the road. If you're a Dr and you don't want to perform a procedure, don't. Let them fire you then sue them for a violation of your first amendment rights.

I agree with you in theory, but hasn't SCROTUS already basically deemed medical professionals to be office equipment? I thought they let the "vaccine" mandate live for Healthcare workers. I may be incorrect though.
