Translation: Mice do not have ACE2 receptors like humans, so they change their DNA to have these receptors then run tests on them as if they are human. This is called "humanized-mice" look it up. it is a standard lab practice.. They could just use Ferrets who are born with ACE2 receptors but they all died in early 2000s testing.. so they switched to humanized mice..

In this case, they took these ACE2 Mice, and injected them with a COVID virus that was gestating inside a Pangolin (looks like ant eater) and then that virus mutated and developed into a new virus that attacks the brain and in this case killed all their humanized mice.

This is exactly how they created COVID using these mice to gestate generations of virus mutations (1000s of cycles) then they wind up with a virus who is very good at binding to human ACE2 receptors creating the original Wuhan Wild Type SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the COVID disease.

Now they are making new versions in the guize of trying to find future viruses and creating vaccines for them "before they appear in nature"
