I know and have met many confused men and women. The ones that dress or act like the opposite sex are just more noticeable. Many others can't function in society very well, vote for bad policy parties. Some can, but many could never hold a dwelling, job or relationship. They are all unfortunately mentally ill and left to their own fantasies or promoted as a useful idiot by today's society.
