Avoid any and all fluoride. All fluoride is bad. The hydrofluorosalicic acid that is added to water is the worst. The documentary explains.

I've been avoiding fluoride for a long time as well, but one thing that had concerned me is bathing in it. We most likely absorb some of these chemicals while taking a shower or bath, right?

I misspelled it: hydrofluorosalicic acid and hexafluorosilicic acid are two names for the same thing.
