Drive the 4 West to the 5 North interchange and thereβs this nice corporate building nestled down by a lake (perk pond). Backside of the building is all glass with a nice view of the lake and its Unhoused residents that have secured their lakeside property for free. πππ makes me laugh and sing Ocean Front Property by George Strait
Big issue brewing here. People should be able to camp and live in the outdoors. Year round if they want or need to. However, many of these encampments are dangerous and unhealthy. And, they should not be right frickin downtown in front of municipal buildings. May of these homeless have mental problems too. So lots to unpack here.
There are places on federal lands where you can camp for 6 months during the winter in the desert (BLM land). And, tons of places to boondock but not in the cities that's the problem.

Nah. My taxes pay for those parks and public spaces and I don't consent to them camping there. Reinstate vagrancy laws & mental asylums.

What is really disgusting is how they accumulate trash grocery carts tires Can't just camp neatly
Put them on a bus and send them to Slab City.
Not a bad idea!
