Protecting the "ROYAL FAMILY." A family can be a criminal enterprise (MAFIA) with a hefty protection rachet and vicious armed protectors. Must not upset the royal carts and so the FBI is now protecting another evil group and consorts with a foreign gang to cover-up filth. The FBI is totally rogue.
