Unfortunately we find ourselves in a situation where a RhoGam injection is probably necessary considering the blood types of mother/baby (still haven’t found out yet but had to last time)… considering the vaxxed blood in donations now and that RhoGam is made through a collection of donors… is there any way around this?

Any mixing of maternal and fetal blood (subchorionic hematomas, abruptions, etc) can produce antibodies against future pregnancies if the parents are of certain blood types (with an Rh- mother)… if my wife had ever needed Rhogam, I would have encouraged her to take it 100%.
If you really wanted to avoid it you could have the father’s blood type checked. Only have 1-2 days to figure it out tho.
