Their job is to protect the DS. Chris Wray has all the dirt on crooked Governors, Senators and Congressmen. Only the squeaky clean ones including President Trump can't be corrupted. Conclusion, Kemp is compromised and will not make a move against the FBI' wishes to prosecute and persecute Trump any way they can.
