As of Wednesday afternoon, Army National Guard soldiers remain posted at temporary gates erected at the entrance to a city-owned park along the Rio Grande.

Texas stands and holds on to its jurisdiction and it has teeth. This is the information I was looking for. TAG has them on notice and dropped their DS BS back into their laps where it belongs.
