As of Wednesday afternoon, Army National Guard soldiers remain posted at temporary gates erected at the entrance to a city-owned park along the Rio Grande.

it will be interesting to see how this plays out .....wasnt the mandate give them access or else? or else what?? they are now stepping on the states sovereignty. this could go hot quickly......

Exactly, the State informed them is the States jurisdiction and anyone impeding can and will be arrested.
