It looks like it should go a long way in stopping foreign take over of US companies once the crackdown on our enemies buying up America begins, and I do believe that is one on the agenda.
You can't have your enemies owning huge portions of industry that impacts national security, like getting all your drugs out of China. That situation is a threat to the nation.
