What is weird about this video? Anyone? He is speaking Spanish, Milei does NOT speak English. I watched the actual speech. An interpreter does a great job! I'm not saying any of the words have been changed, I did not watch all 19 minutes of this clip. It's just damn odd how they make it look like he is speaking English!

I have seen AI video that can convert the voice into the exact same voice and even morph lip movements.

The Twitter posting of this last week mentioned that they used AI to have the voice in Spanish-accented English.
