It's still early so take this with a grain of salt. My friend has had the honor of meeting with President Trump twice and works for someone pretty high up on the campaign trail. Going by what he said:

Elise Stefanik will likely be VP. It seems like a consensus was formed around her last week but she's been on President Trump's shortlist for a while. Kari Lake was the more likely choice until she decided to run for Senate. Trump was apparently disappointed but respected her choice.

John McEntee is a lock for White House Chief of Staff. Trump really likes the guy.

Daniel Cameron will likely be appointed Attorney General. Some people are pushing for Kash Patel or Matthew Whitaker.

Ric Grenell is currently the leading choice for Secretary of State, though a small faction is really gunning for Colonel Douglas Macgregor. The later will probably be made an ambassador at the very least.

They want a role for Lee Zeldin. He'll probably be brought in if any nominations prove to be too difficult.

Kash Patel is being considered for three different intelligence-related roles.

DeSantis and Haley are not being considered for any role whatsoever, but they're open to putting Vivek Ramaswamy somewhere.

Project 2025 is going to play a huge roll in staffing the lower offices.
