That's great to hear! And the cost on my side is about the same, $1,500 for an attorney to help you draft it, and $1,000 to apply for the waiver.
My main concern is that the process for the waiver is opaque. I have no idea what the criteria is for applying. And the condition that you need to have a moral belief against all vaccines.
Were you able to get the waiver based on just covid? Or is there any part in whole or in part that you could post or DM?
The waiver was written up based on a sincerely held belief against all vaccines. I can probably redact and send you a version of it in a DM. best of luck to you. god bless you.
Btw, is it a requirement to have a religious/moral belief against all vaccines? I think i remember hearing that, but when I checked the actual statute it looks like it's not that rigid.

I personally am against all of them, and I think it strengthens the case. I don't know why at this point you would still think they're beneficial. But your mileage my vary. I heard it was "all" and thats whats on the document.
No love for vaccines. We did a previous application and my wife got an MMR shot for that. Covid has since opened our eyes that all vaccines are poison and you shouldn't put any of them into your body.
The retarded part about this is the appeal to "religious or moral" reason for not wanting to get an injection with a 1 in 800 chance of getting maimed or killed? It's like "write an essay on why you deserve to not get raped by the government".
thank you. god bless.
