I have been using 3 days on every 2 weeks as prevention.

Also using senolytics once a week.

For the Fenben, 220 mg 4 days on, 3 days off. After the next 4 days on, I took the rest of 2 weeks off.

I've continued at 220 mg, 3-4 days on, every 2 to 3 weeks.
