I do not know about the person you shared or if it's more new age spiritual than Christian, but I am glad you shared it because our thoughts have a tremendous impact on our health. We are to take every thought captive and hold it against what Christ says and the Bible says a lot about focusing our thoughts on God/Christ and good things. Stay positive, keep the fight to live and for good outcomes, and know regardless of outcome God is working for your good and you will be ok regardless if you believe and trust in Jesus Christ. This world is not our home, but only temporary.
A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. Proverbs 23:7
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. 2 Corinthians 10:4-6
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. Philippians 4:8
Evil words destroy; Godly skill rebuilds. Proverbs 11:9
It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person.” Matthew 15:11
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14
Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:13
For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. Romans 8:6 ESV
I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
