You grow a lettuce in your backyard, and hoe it by hand. You pick it and carry them to the kitchen.
Same lettuce, only grown on a huge farm. Big machinery etc.
Picked, loaded into truck. Sorted at a centralized hub, Another truck to supe3rmarket People have to put it on a shelf (and transport themselves to the supermarket). You drive to supermarket and buy it to take it home...
That's just the start. Instead of trucks hauling away my kitchen scraps and yard waste, I walk them to the compost bin where they break down naturally and produce mulch that conserves water and fertilizes the crops. Instead of growing a lawn that requires mowing with a 2 stroke engine, I use the land to produce a plethora of carbon-capturing organisms. I support biodiversity by providing for and habitat for bees and birds and other creatures.
Erm.

The argument does not make any sense.

I was going to mention the lawn ...
