i dont understand.

NBC news shows Biden got 67% of the votes

Democrats PROJECTED WINNER JOE BIDEN WINS THE NEW HAMPSHIRE PRIMARY

Joe Biden Incumbent 65,472 67.3%

Dean Phillips 0 19,155 19.7%

Write-ins 0 5,231 5.4%

THEN THERE IS THIS..... SHOWS BIDEN GOT ONLY ABOUT 7% OF THE VOTES. (Sorry couldnt copy it here).

Shows UNPROCESSED write-ins were 65.5%, then Biden's actual write in votes were 7.5% (behind Phillips' 20+%)
