I don't know if such an event would finally be enough the snap the country out of its woke spell. Biden doesn't have any good options though. He either does nothing and diminishes the power of the executive, or punishes Texas, potentially starting Civil War II and definitely losing the election if there 1) is one at all and 2) there's not enough cheating.
