It is a FN 2 mile strip of river front that borders a park & golf course. The feds are derelict in doing the job and they can go around the boat ramp there to another spot. It was probably an easy sight for child trafficking. Plus Texans probably like using their park & golf course and not being overrun by illegal aliens.
