I have a religious exemption for both the flu and the jab. When I started working for my current employer remotely in 2017, they had a mandatory flu vaccine policy. I've never had a flu vax so I applied and was granted an exemption. Then when the jab was mandated for all employees regardless of remote or on site work, I applied and received an exemption. Probably because I already had a flu exemption.

I don't live or work for an employer in California.
