They get paid when they break in... So some break in repeatedly...at 2,500.00 plus...or more per break in...4 break ins adds up quickly. I'm sure they learn that other crimes pay as well. I've noticed a lot of unlicensed vehicles the past few years. Crime pays..look at Joe Bidet etc
