I can vouch for this. Places I took my kids to when they were young are no longer appropriate to take them anymore. Places I used to run when I was younger, and I felt safe at, are no longer safe and I'd be crazy to run them alone anymore. Places that used to be clean and pretty and serene, now have homeless camps, drug deals, waste and debris. So awful.
