They have one specifically with nattokinase, shilajit, and ubiquinol. I would recommend that one, along with their bioavailable magnesium. I would also recommend you eat beef liver and maybe even beef heart. There are companies, like Standard Process, that do glandular supplements. I recommend you start using those, but eating beef liver at least twice a week is going to be really helpful for you. Most people don't get the Vitamin A that they need to repair their DNA, because the plant Vitamin A (betocarotene) found in most multivitamins cannot be processed by most humans. The Weston A. Price Foundation talks about this, if you would like more info on diet and nutrition and the importance of Vit A. You need a retinol version of VitA, found in beef liver (a plus, onions have the highest levels of quercetin in food, this is also good for your heart) and cod liver oil. I have found the Dr. Mercola cod liver oil to be the best one, least fishy taste and no sunflower or seed oil added. It has a good Omega 3 to 6 ratio. Also, Dr. Mercola's store also does paypal in 4. He also has a great liposomal vitamin C, which you should start taking. Additionally, I would recommend getting a Bemer to increase your bloodflow, and if that is too much financially for you, to get Lifewave patches, X-39, X-49, glutathione and to start there. As to theories as to why you have major blockages, maybe if you are in Ohio (just a guess, because a lot of the Cleveland Clinic locations seems to be in OH, though they are also in FL, United Arab Emirates, and NV too, apparently), the blockages could be in part due to chemical exposures/contaminated water. Be sure to have good quality water and air while you are healing. Drink lots of water and be hydrated; if you have a lot of blockages, dehydration could be very detrimental to your health.

There are some substacks that I suggest you read, and most of them can be found through going to Dr. Ana Mihalcea's substack. She and her team of researchers are finding that most human blood (yes, even the "purebloods") are not pure at all, and have been laced with nanotechnology and graphene oxide. Researchers who have had severe health issues are actively researching on themselves with darkfield microscopy and different modes of purifying their blood. In the meantime, I would suggest you start drinking red clover tea. It is a great purifier--brew one teaspoon to 1 cup of water, let sit for 30 minutes. Drink throughout the day. I usually make 7 cups of this at a time and drink throughout the day. If you look at the classic book on natural health Beyond Eden by Jethro Kloss published in 1935, he will tell you that this is one of God's greatest healing herbs. He recommends you drink it all day long everyday. It is a great blood cleanser and will help you a lot.

Digestive enzymes are great to take on an empty stomach to help break down clots; many have already mentioned them--nattokinase, lumbrokinase, etc.

Diet is going to be the most important of all the changes you make. Don't take any calcium supplements. If you are on cholesterol meds, stop taking these. If you have any issues with oxalates, avoid those. I suggest seeing a functional medicine provider in your area. Avoid all seed oils, stick with real, grass-fed tallow and grass-fed butter. Incorporate sheep and goat milk and cheeses. Eat eggs, especially the yellow cholesterol filled part. Eat real salmon, not farm fed.
