Where is the best place to buy silver, should I buy coins or bars, should I care about .999 or .9999 designations

All the big dealers are good SD bullion jm bullion and apmex. The best would be whoever has the best price.

I wouldn't worry about .9999 on bulk bullion. Coins or bars doesn't matter its price per oz in a quanity you like. 100 or 1000 oz bars are usually cheeper per oz but not many people want the size bar.

90% us constitutional silver is also good to have. It would be better for barder if SHTF. if the price is close buy silver you like. If you don't mind reddit go to wallstreet silver, they have a lot of good links on deals.....
