I’m not sure if it was here or X but recently someone pointed out the section of the constitution that deals with states being allowed to defend their own borders from invasion and the numbers of that section were exactly these. 1.10.3

Can’t ignore it and makes a bunch of sense because the other 11.3 are not playing out.
